Joshua’s passion to be a custom home builder started in 1997. After spending five years building custom homes he moved into the electrical and home automation trades. These years gave him the opportunity to work with forward thinking builders, designers and clients. With this experience, his passion for building grew into KDM Builders-- the knowledge that clients deserve the best.
